Daily Polls: Can You Actually Make Money From Them?

Do you like answering random questions? Seeing what everyone else voted for? Well answering daily polls is the side hustle for you!

And it’s as simple as it sounds – you can get paid to answer daily polls! They’re a handful of survey sites that have a daily poll which is a guaranteed way to earn a point or two each and every day. You know what they say, the points soon add up. Now obviously this will in no way make you rich BUT it could pay for a couple coffees throughout the year from very minimal effort and it literally takes a minute.

So let’s get into it! What sites can you make money from answering daily polls…

SWAGBUCKS – 1p

Everyday Swagbucks refreshs it’s daily poll and offers users a quick way to earn 1SB (1SB = 1p). The Swagbucks polls are genuinely entertaining to answer as they are super random. Plus they have rewards you can redeem from just 100SB which means that you can cash out every 100 days from answering one poll a day alone – how cool is that!

The reward you can redeem for 100SB is a £1 Amazon voucher so in theory you could redeem 3x £1 Amazon vouchers across a calendar year. That’s like three 99p Kindle books for answering one question a day 😍

BRANDED SURVEYS – 3p

Now this is by far the best site for daily poll earnings – you get a whopping 3p each day! Well it’s more like 4p right now (dependent on the USD-GBP conversion rate) but I prefer to underestimate and be surprised than the other way round. For every poll answered you get 5 point added to your balance.

Yesterday’s Branded Survey Daily Poll

You can cash out on Branded Surveys (straight to your PayPal account) once you hit 500 points. So just like with Swagbucks, if you answered this poll every day for a calendar year you would be able to cash out 3 times – once every 100 days. 500 points is worth $5 which the site is currently converting to £3.95. A potential £11.85/year earning right there for answering one simple question – in cash!! That’s got to be a couple coffees or even a meal down your local spoons.

SURVEY POP/SURVEY SPIN/EUREKA – 1p each

Now I’ve clubbed these three together as although they are three separate apps they are very clearly run by the same people and polls are identical each day. Each app will refresh each morning with a new question to answer for one penny a go. That’s an easy 3p each morning for answering a simple question three times over!

The payment threshold is annoyingly high on all of these – £4! It’s annoying as the surveys are terrible in my opinion so the only way I can see myself cashing out is by answering the polls, so it’s a little slow going but will be worth it when that £12 hits my account.

However, if you are new to each of these apps you can use a referral code (mine linked below) to get an instant 80p when you sign up! You know what this means!! An 80 day head start on your poll answering journey! Aaaaand it means you would be able to cash all three apps out within a calendar year just by creating an account and answering the poll each day.

Hence the potentially yearly cash-in-bank earnings from these three combined is £12 – not too shabby for a minute of effort each morning!

Use these sign up links to get 80p when you join the app and answer a couple of questions…

Eureka – code IP1LMU

Survey Pop – code JSL6CS

Survey Spin – code GZXCI6

COMBINED POTENTIAL = £26.85

Ooof that added up quickly! I bet you wanted to click off when you saw the penny – like how is that ever going to make money. Well I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, every penny counts!! What would you spend an extra £26.85 on?

Now like I said at the start of this post, these are not going to make you rich – obviously!! BUT what I wanted to highlight was the power of little and often and how the seemingly pointless things can make even the slightest difference to your budget. Like for me, I would keep all my poll earnings in a little pot and then at the end of the year I would treat myself to something I had my eye on – let’s be honest that could fund a decent book spree at The Works. Or I would keep that £26.85 separate for those times I want to splurge – that’s at least 5 oat hot choc right there which in my brain translates to 5 afternoons spent in a cozy coffee shop. See what I mean!?!

What do you think? Will you add answering daily polls to your morning routine? Do you already do this? Any sites you know of that I’m not taking advantage of?
