5 Nights in Marrakech – How Much Did We Actually Spend?

    March 26, 2025 /

What happens when your sister calls you up and says she is being forced to take a week of annual leave and wants to go away? You find the best flights and book a trip! And hence I recently went to Marrakech for 5 nights and had the best time! But how much did it cost? Let’s break down where the pennies went and see if we did end up staying in budget or not… Side note – I went on…

Is The Central House Marrakech Medina Worth It?

    March 17, 2025 /

Not going to lie, we originally chose to stay at The Central House because the pictures were gorgeous! Super Instagramable! But it ended up being a great place to stay (in a fab location) with lots going on so really it all worked out. {Disclaimer – I paid full price for this stay and all the opinions in this post are my own however it does contain affiliate links. The Frugal Explorer’s Ultimate Marrakech Travel Guide

    March 17, 2025 /

I’ve just got back from a 5 day trip to Marrakech, the fourth-largest city in Morocco and it was brilliant. And I just had to share my Marrakech travel guide. We managed to fit so much into the five days and eat some amazing food! I shared daily snippets from this trip over on my instagram and got a tonne of messages about all the things we got up to so I thought I would put it all together in one post. In this post, I’m going to share the basics (where we stayed and how we got from the airport) plus all our favourite places to eat and activities…

Marrakech Packing List – What Did I Actually Wear?

    March 17, 2025 /

I honestly had no clue what to pack for this trip so I’m sharing my Marrakech packing list and tips & tricks for anyone else in the position I was in last week. For context I travelled to Marrakech in mid-March. The temperature ranged from 10-20* and we did have one wet day. The one thing we were aware of when packing was that Morocco is a majority Muslim country so dressing modestly was a requirement. Disclaimer – This post may contain affiliate links. This…
